Thank you for becoming a member and joining the Rock Jungle community! My name is Kent and I will be your primary source of everything membership related here at Rock Jungle so feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns you may have! The whole staff team would like to take this opportunity to invite you to get to know us better. Please feel free to chat with us about community events, finding the tricky beta to the problem you’re stuck on, or anything else you can think of!

Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: 9:30am-11pm Monday-Friday, 10am-10pm Saturday and Sunday
Q: How do I gain access to climb top rope/lead?
A: We require a belay proficiency test prior to guests climbing high walls in our facility (a cost of $10/test), we also offer belay courses for folks who have never belayed or sport climbed before (please see our website for more course info!)
Q: What are good ways to get more involved in the community?
A: RJF has a few regular scheduled community events; ACC (Alpine Club of Canada) has their members climb night Wednesday events @ 7pm, during weekdays the gym becomes more bustling during our evening hours, we also host community mixers! Our first Membership Mixer is scheduled for October 4th, 2019 - stop by and get to know your community
Q: Does my climbing membership include crossfit classes?
A: Our climbing memberships do not include crossfit classes, however, you are welcome to use all of the crossfit equipment! For more information about our crossfit please visit: https://crossfit.rockjunglefitness.com/classes
Q: Does my membership include access to both locations?
A: Yes! We are excited to announce we now offer access to both Rock Jungle locations for the same low price
Q: Which day of the month do you bill?
A: We always bill at the beginning of the month!
Q: Will I be charged for a full month for my first month?
A: Nope! We prorate the monthly dues to accurately charge for the remainder of the month
Q: As a member can I bring guests?
A: Yes! We offer unlimited guest passes for our members to bring a guest who has never climbed at the facility before (one restriction being only one guest per day), and we also offer our members to bring one guest (without restriction) for a free climb once per month!
Q: I want to pause my membership, what are my options?
A: We offer membership freezes at a cost of $8/month and you can freeze your account for as long as you need to! When you unfreeze your account you will just see a bill to pay the prorated dues for the remainder of the month you unfrozen in!
